DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS

For all direct bookings by phone or e-mail the following deposit policy applies:

The first night of the stay is payable as a deposit

Any additional nights after this are payable on arrival

Cancellation policy:

Cancel up to 1 calendar month before arrival date and the deposit will be refunded minus £10 if paying by card to cover card machine fees and administration. No fees for bank transfers

Cancel between 1 week and 1 calendar month before arrival and the deposit will be lost

Cancel 1 week before arrival the full payment will be lost 

Deposits can be paid by card over the phone or bank transfer on the same day as the booking is made. Card details will be taken at the time of booking and pre-authorised even if paying by bank transfer to enable cancellation charges can be made
