DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS

For all direct bookings by phone or e-mail the following deposit policy applies:

50% of total stay is payable as a deposit

Remaining balance is payable on arrival

Cancellation policy:

Cancel up to 1 week before arrival date and the deposit can be transferred to another date within one month of arrival date or refunded minus £10 to cover administration charges and card fees

Cancel between 1 day and 1 week before arrival and the deposit will be lost

Cancel 1 day before arrival or on the day and the full payment will be lost 

Deposits to be paid by card over the phone or bank transfer at the time of booking. Card details will be taken at the time of booking and pre-authorised 7 days before arrival for the outstanding balance even if paying by bank transfer to enable cancellation charges can be made.

No reservation has been made until a deposit has been paid. We are only a one bedroomed b and b and on other online sites we can have bookings come in at any time.
