For all direct bookings by phone or e-mail the following deposit policy applies:
50% of total stay is payable as a deposit
Remaining balance is payable on arrival
Cancel up to 1 week before arrival date
and the deposit can be transferred to another date within one month of arrival date or refunded minus £10 to cover administration charges and card fees
Cancel between 1 day and 1 week before arrival and the deposit will be lost
day before arrival or on the day and the full payment will be lost
Deposits can be paid by card over the phone or bank transfer on the same day as the booking is made. Card details will be taken at the time of booking and pre-authorised 7 days
before arrival for the outstanding balance even if paying by bank transfer to enable cancellation charges can be made.
No reservation has been made until a deposit has been paid. We are only a one bedroomed b and b and on other online sites we can have
bookings come in at any time.
